Your responsibilities are:

  • Fuel growth
  • Set KPIs
  • Data driven planning
  • Analysis and organization of the prerequisites for the implementation of a campaign
  • Implement the proposals that have been approved in collaboration with our developers and designers
  • Suggest, test, and improve tactics for user acquisition and revenue growth
  • Propose and implement ideas that are scalable and repeatable


  • At least 1 year of experience in a similar position
  • Data-driven mindset
  • Excellence with Google Tag Manager
  • Excellence with Facebook Ads & Business Manager
  • Excellence with Google Ads
  • Experience with targeting audiences outside Greece
  • Excellence with Google Analytics
  • Adaptability and pivoting when it is required
  • Good communication skills
  • Excellent time management
  • Ability to solve problems that arise
  • Understanding basic principles of variability
  • Up-to-date with marketing trends

Good to have

  • Basic knowledge of Javascript (for Tag Manager)
  • Experience with copywriting
  • Experience with Analytics
  • Experience with Mailjet
  • Experience with Amplitude
  • Bachelor ή Master degree in a similar field
